It provides e-mail delivery infrastructure that integrates with existing e-mail marketing and customer service notification systems to serve as a central, full-service e-mail management and customer care service.

According to ColdSpark, the managed services for email management and delivery includes, 360-degree view into customer communications by integrating transactional, notification and marketing e-mail communications into a single system; real-time analytics for managing and modifying campaigns to optimise communication strategies; integration with existing systems and workflow; and e-mail management.

Scott Brown, senior vice president and general manager of ColdSpark, said: Many companies are using installed CRM or marketing automation systems, and while such systems offer tremendous advantage by leveraging the full customer database, companies are left with the increasingly complex and costly task of implementing and managing e-mail delivery.
