Mr Chartier brings 20 years of technology industry experience that includes serving as chairman of Maxware, which was subsequently acquired by SAP in 2007. He has also held CEO positions for startup companies that include IntelliSearch and Computas, and has served as chairman of Active ISP. An experienced entrepreneur, Mr Chartier founded InfoStream and led the company through a successful IPO in 1999.

Mr Huckridge brings nearly 15 years of telecommunications and security technology experience to his role as Codenomicon’s vice president of marketing. He most recently served as director of NGN solutions for Spirent Communications, a Codenomicon customer. He is closely engaged with industry bodies and forums, including the MultiService Forum where he has served as chairperson of the Interoperability Working Group & NGN Certification Committee. Before Spirent, Mr Huckridge was the director of product management for Centile and the director of marketing for 8X8.
