Cisco claims that its data centre, through Tidal Software’s intelligent solutions, would provide accurate and cost-efficient management and automation of application performance across business operations, from the server through the network to the desktop.
On completion of acquisition, the Tidal Software team becomes a part of the Cisco Advanced Services organisation.

As part of Collaboration in Motion, Cisco has focused on new products and services in five critical investment areas: the workspace experience, the wireless network platform, third-party applications, technology partners and professional services.
