Ceridian, a provider of managed human resource, employee benefits administration, tax filing, payroll outsourcing and talent management services, has said that it will soon launch Performance Management Express, a Software as a Service (SaaS) performance management application.
According to Ceridian, the new SaaS application, built upon SuccessFactors cloud platform, allows companies to manage employee goal setting and performance reviews. Customers do not need to acquire any hardware or software in order to use the application. The web-based application hosts customer information by a datacentre.
Ceredian said that the Performance Management Express comes with the tools to complete performance review including a built-in process, a review form, job roles, approvals and notifications. The users have to enter the employee information to begin a performance review cycle. The application is integrated with Ceridian HR/Payroll application.
Performance Management Express utilises the SuccessFactors’s performance management platform. SuccessFactors’ family allows users to upgrade path if they add more employees or decide they need additional processes and more advanced requirements.
