Celestix Networks, a manufacturer of network security appliances based on Microsoft Forefront, has released MSA 1500i, a new threat management gateway appliance for SMBs.
The company said that the new threat management gateway appliance enables organisations with up to 200 employees to safely and productively use the Internet for business without worrying about malware and other threats.
The new appliance provides multiple layers of protection that is continuously updated and is integrated into a unified gateway that can reduce Web security costs and complexity.
MSA 1500i provides an application layer firewall, web proxy/cache, IPSec VPN, intrusion prevention, and http/https inspection.
In addition, customers can use MSA 1500i as a platform for URL filtering and anti-malware security.
