Clients can adapt the tool to their specific advancement plans based on maturity targets and associated business value

By CBR Staff Writer

BTM has launched the BTM Works 360 v7.0 on-demand offerings platform on the cloud, which the company says enables intelligent and consistent decision-making for improved financial returns from business and technology investments.

This release includes pre-packaged patterns, templates, and primary research driven financial indicators focused on the DNA of every organisation – irrespective of size or industry.

The new platform will focus on governance and organisation; strategic investment management; strategy and planning; strategic enterprise architecture; business agility; sustained innovation; operational excellence; and service management.

BTM Works 360 institutionalises cross-functional, cross-disciplinary management decisions through a set of holistic Executive Dashboards.

BTM founder and CEO Faisal Hoque said these dashboards provide customised views for advancement roadmaps, future state models and options, investment and execution management, and value potential tracking from the board room to the server room.

Customers can adapt the BTM Works 360 offerings to their specific advancement plans based on maturity targets and associated business value by Utilizing the BTM Framework, BTM Maturity Model, and capability focused Financial Indices.
