Bridgeline net income up in Q2

Revenue up 13% on year-ago

Bridgeline Software, a developer of web application management software, has posted a net income of $218,000, or $0.02 per diluted share, for the fiscal second quarter ended March 31, 2009, compared to a net income of $112,000, or $0.01 per diluted share, for the same period in fiscal 2008.

The company has reported a revenue of $6.09m for the second quarter of fiscal 2009, an increase of $700,000 or 13% compared to $5.39m for the same period in fiscal 2008.

For the first six months of fiscal 2009, the company has posted a net income of $383,000, or $0.04 per diluted share, compared to a net income of $149,000, or $0.02 per share, for the same period in 2008. Revenue was $12.57m for the first six months of fiscal 2009, compared to $9.60m for the same period in 2008.
