BIGprofile raises IDEX fingerprint security brand awareness

IDEX, a biometric security firm, has said it has seen phenomenal growth in its online visibility and brand awareness among the saturated IT security market thanks to its work with Fast Web Media.

Together, IDEX and Fast Web Media have delivered an ongoing digital marketing campaign to target manufacturers looking to use fingerprint sensors to replace passwords.

The results come as a direct result of using BIGprofile, an integrated digital marketing platform from Fast Web Media. IDEX used the solution to specifically increase its search engine ranking, pull manufacturers to its website idex.no and raise brand awareness among investors.

It has since launched a new intuitive website designed and built by Fast Web Media and has been using keywords such as ‘swipe sensor’ to see IDEX jump up to the first page on Google.

IDEX, which offers fingerprint sensors for mobile devices, PCs and ID cards as a secure alternative to passwords, has also been engaging on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts.

IDEX has seen a steady increase in its rankings for the top relevant keywords. When comparing figures in April 2013 to April 2012, the number of unique visitors to IDEX’s site increased by an impressive 59% and the average visit duration increased by 32%. Furthermore, organic web traffic increased by 46% in the same period.
