Autotask has come out with new performance dashboards it claims provides more insight into companies’ business drivers.

The business management software provider says its new service dashboards show firms where their profits are coming from, as well as helping to manage their workforces more efficiently.

Autotask launched the dashboards as more and more UK solution providers are opting for integrated IT business management platforms, using dashboards that make data easier to understand and compile.

The company’s international sales VP, Mark Banfield, said: "The new performance dashboard unlocks valuable information from our customers’ Autotask systems and allow them to utilise data more effectively than ever before, significantly improving their efficiency, accountability and profitability."

MD of Autotask customer Mirus IT, Paul Tomlinson, said his firm expects to gain more insight into how it is performing.

He added: "We recently began using the service dashboards from Autotask and we can already see how these reports will further distance our service delivery and reporting capabilities from our competitors.

"I firmly believe these reports will help us understand our current business on a client-by-client basis and enable us to win new business."

The dashboard services include instant access to company data such as workforce efficiency statistics, customer satisfaction ratings, service level compliance and financial performance, with options to filter the data and identify trends in the information.

Dashboards are currently available for service desk operations, sales and opportunity management and client reporting, while future planned releases cover financial management and project portfolio management.
