Aurigo introduces cloud-based online tool for document management

Quick access to project information anytime and anywhere, across multiple devices including the Apple iPad

By CBR Staff Writer

Project management software, business consulting, and technology services company Aurigo has released its cloud-based online construction project collaboration and document management offering, Aurigo Projectworks.

With Projectworks, project team members can have quick access to project information anytime and anywhere, across multiple devices including the Apple iPad and project managers and owners can gain control over information, critical for management, decision making and completing their projects faster, said the company.

The new cloud-based offering facilitates critical project communication between various stakeholders, while organising the documents produced by construction work, and provides industry ready reports

It allows the end user to have access to historical data, as well as the latest reports and meeting minutes, all from a single platform.

Aurigo Projectworks has the capability to centralise documents in order to improve collaboration, drive accountability through notifications and check-ins, and drive project efficiency through better organisation and alignment of systems across the life of the project.

Aurigo Software Technologies Founder & CEO Balaji Sreenivasan said project managers today want an offering that can be quickly implemented and is easy to use for the entire project team, which ensures that the offering will be used to meet their project collaboration needs.

"At this time Aurigo is offering customers a limited edition of our product with a subset of the full functionality for free, allowing project managers to get firsthand experience with Projectworks before they decide to purchase the professional edition," said Sreenivasan.
