According to the company, DotImage 7.0 introduces several advancements in support of Microsoft Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and web-based document image annotations, Dicom medical imaging, web-based PDF creation and viewing, and assemblies that are natively built in .NET Framework 3.5.
The company has said that its DotImage is a full-featured photo and document imaging toolkit for applications built using the .NET Framework for Windows Forms, Microsoft ASP.NET WebForms, and WPF. DotImage 7.0 now provides AJAX-based vector annotations. This means that end users will be able to author layered freehand, polygon, and lines annotations in any current web browser without downloading any add-ons or plug-ins.
