Atalasoft has released VizitSP DMS 2.3, a new version of SharePoint document management system that allows enterprises to view, manage and edit documents in Microsoft SharePoint.
According to Atalasoft, the new version embodies a new ‘split/merge’ feature that enables users to split documents at defined points or merge separate documents together. This new feature complements the existing set of document actions, including re-arranging pages of a document with drag-and-drop controls.
The company claims that the new SharePoint document management system features enhanced resolution for PDF documents; enhanced API for allowing greater control for system integrators; and improved web scanning controls.
Atalasoft works with production capture applications from vendors such as Eastman Kodak and PSIGEN to add high-volume capture for automatic indexing and classification to VizitSP DMS’s zero-footprint previewing, indexing, search, retrieval, editing, and scanning.
