Apple is reportedly planning to address the issue of slow loading apps on its Apple Watch by introducing a development kit for app creators.

The company is planning to introduce the development kit during its annual conference next week in San Francisco, which is likely to allow developers to write programmes on the watch and provide access to the device’s sensors.

Apple’s latest gadget is designed to deliver information at a glance, but several reviewers have criticised the watch for taking too long in displaying information on the screen.

Apple has reportedly asked developers to create Apple Watch apps that can be used within seconds.

Previously, Bloomberg cited Apple chief financial officer Luca Maestri as saying that the iPhone maker is planning to balance demand and supply by the end of June, with the shipping time reduced for selected models.

The new kit is likely to be another stimulant for the introduction of more apps on the device.

Apple is expected to launch new products and services at its annual conference including a new Web-streaming service.
