US based cloud computing-based mobile application management software development kit (SDK) manufacturer Apperian has released its new iOS Remote Control feature in Europe.
The Remote Control for iOS is a part of the company’s Enterprise App Services Environment (EASE) platform that empowers IT departments to remotely view and interact with employees’ iOS devices.
With the new iOS Remote Control, IT departments can increase device uptime and streamline support requests for iOS devices by letting trained technical professionals service iOS devices from anywhere.
Remote Control for iOS does not require any additional coding or a Software Development Kit (SDK) and it offers app-level privacy controls, protecting personal information.
Apperian Europe Sales director Kim Dennis said the new feature helps solve real-world problems, especially for enterprises adopting BYOD (bring your own device).
"This new feature is like having access to your very own IT department. Remote Control helps businesses troubleshoot iOS device problems quickly and efficiently, regardless of the employee’s location, ensuring that remote workers have the best possible experience," Dennis said.
