SoftServe launches new Abiliton Process module

To deliver maximum value with every project

By CBR Staff Writer

SoftServe has launched its Abiliton Process module, a fully optimised approach to software development that incorporates a superior framework of services and offerings to deliver maximum value with each and every project.

The company said that Abiliton Process currently optimises Scrum methodology for agile development, levering distributed teams across multiple time zones to deliver better quality software for SoftServe’s independent software vendor (ISV) customers and all in a fraction of the time of competing approaches.

SoftServe’s Abiliton changes the nature of development projects that use the Scrum framework for offshore agile development. Remote teams are strategically employed across multiple time zones, resulting in software development that includes quality testing and delivery within a 24-hour period.

The company said that the future enhancements of the Abiliton Process will incorporate development approaches such as waterfall and Rational Unified Process (RUP) for an optimised combination of offerings and services that ensure customers’ needs are met and exceeded every time.

Abiliton process quantifies and measures how projects are performed, providing a framework for virtually ensuring success before development begins. It assigns both SmartStart engagement analyst and the Abiliton Standards organisation to projects based on needs determined during the launch phase, to ensure that processes are working as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Other features include the product is built on SoftServe’s ISO and CMMI certifications to guarantee that all projects are managed within the parameters of the industry’s leading development certifications; and SoftServe uses the Abiliton SmartStart business process analysis model to launch each project and determine the best practices and roles required to deliver the most value to the client.

Taras Kytsmey, president of SoftServe, said: “The combination of services and solutions employed via the Process module guarantee that our clients are receiving the best quality software in the fastest time possible. With Abiliton, our teams have a surefire framework for ensuring project success, and our clients benefit from bringing their products to market with the speed and quality that their businesses require.”
