By CBR Staff Writer

SoftQuad International Inc’s share price has fallen so low that it has been de-listed from the Nasdaq stock exchange. The Canadian company says it will continue to trade on the Toronto stock exchange. Softquad now operates as two subsidiaries under the SoftQuad International Inc holding company: Alpha Software Inc, which produces utilities for business and consumer users, and SoftQuad Inc, which produces publishing tools. The Alpha unit has a controlling interest in NewKidCo LLC, a children’s video games publisher.
