SofTech Inc, Waltham, Massachusetts has bought the Compass Inc subsidiary of Applied Data Research Inc in Wakefield, Massachusetts from ADR’s new parent Computer Associates International Inc. Compass does high-end compilers and offers services on advanced architecture and supercomputers. Terms were not given.
