Fourth Shift Edition has been developed to helps manufacturers take better control of manufacturing operations and business processes. The system is based on best-practice manufacturing techniques and lean manufacturing workflows developed over the past 20 years.

Fourth Shift Edition is specifically designed for manufacturers in the food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, rubber and plastics, medical devices, industrial machinery, semiconductors, and electronics sectors.

The new release will enable SoftBrands to better cater to its Chinese customers. The company has more than 400 customers in China, including Emerson China Motor, Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group, Bosch, and Duracell.
