Soffront releases new version of CRM

Offers unicode multi-language support and an enhanced document library

Soffront Software has released a new version of CRM, which offers unicode multi-language support, and an enhanced document library that allows users to centrally manage documents.

The company said that the Soffront CRM version 9.0 new administration features. The CRM adoption dashboard reports CRM usage and provides directions for executives to measure return on investment.

In addition, the company also enhanced automation capabilities with CRM automation rules. It lowers cost by eliminating the need for customisation and increases productivity by automating day-to-day functions. Improved sales automation includes a faster calendar and an activity feature, enhanced marketing automation features increase flexibility and improve ROI tracking, the company claims.
