French micromaker SMT Goupil SA has launched two 80386-based supermicros, the G50 and G100, both to offer Unix System V: the G100 is rated by Goupil at between 5 and 6 MIPS, employs five co-processors to offload the main CPU, and supports up to 42 users, while the G50 is an AT-alike offered with MS-DOS, OS/2, Unix System V/386 or Pick.
