Samsung has unveiled its 2016 version of the Galaxy A series, announcing three new smartphones dubbed Galaxy A7, A5, and A3.
According to Samsung, the smartphones have the latest innovative design and technology as they have the harmonious premium design that blends metal and glass.
The A5 and A7 models will also feature the company’s mobile payment service Samsung Pay which will work with Magnetic Secure Transmission (MST) and Near Filed Communication (NFC) technologies.
The high end model A7 features a 5.5 inch Super Amoled display, 3GB of RAM and 16GB storage that can be expanded up to 128GB using Micro SD card.
It features a 13MP rear camera and 5MP front camera, and Samsung has used an enhanced camera system for brighter and clear photos.
The phone is powered by 1.6GHz Octa Core processor and will run on Android Lollipop.
Similarly, A5 also features 1.6GHz Octa Core processor, 13MP rear and 5MP front camera and will run on Android Lollipop.
However, the device features a 5.2 inch display and features 2GB of RAM and 16GB storage.
A3 is the lower end model of the new series, featuring 4.7 inch display, and 1.5 GHz Quad Core processor.
The camera features remain similar with 13MP front and 5MP rear camera.
The Android Lollipop powered phone features a 2,300mAh battery and 1.5GB RAM along with 16GB Storage expandable up to 128GB.
Samsung Mobile Business CEO JK Shin said: "With the introduction of the Galaxy A (2016), we took the consumer feedback on our original Galaxy A models and made thoughtful and impactful improvements offering consumers a seamless convergence of style and performance for their everyday lifestyles."
