Dixons Group Plc has retained the Small Business Support Group of Broadway, Worcestershire to provide telephone support for the PC1512 Personalikes and the PCW word processors: the charge is UKP40 a year and includes free membership of the One-to-One electronic mail service – although questions have been raised about the future of that service, which is now owned by Pacific Telesis Group, San Francisco.
