Sketchley is paying UKP425,000 in shares up front with up to UKP2.2m extra depending on the Sheffield-based firm’s profits between now and March 1991. On current projections the cleaning group will pay around UKP1m for Moss House, which last year made UKP67,000 on turnover of UKP2.8m. Sketchley bought Equipu in December (CI No 583).
