The new company will start with capital of W60 billion($48 million) and hopes to accumulate 400,000 subscribers by the end of this year in Seoul and its satellite cities with an additional W100 billion.
SK Telecom will select its business partners among cable broadcasting operators by the end of this month to provide nationwide speedy Internet networks, an SK Telecom spokesman said.
