Sirius and CHR select OpenAir service to increase profits

Sirius Computer Solutions and CHR Solutions, a provider of IT managed services, have selected OpenAir Professional Edition, a solution designed for mid-size businesses, from OpenAir, a provider of professional services automation software, to support growth and increase profits.

With OpenAir Professional Edition, these companies are expected to streamline workflows across all functions of their business operations and are expected to benefit from reduced overhead, elimination of manual errors, and improved visibility between their sales, delivery, and accounting teams.

Sirius has selected OpenAir to streamline its professional services business processes in support of its team of 280 consultants. It is also using OpenAir to link both its customer relationship management and enterprise resource planning systems into one cohesive system to provide increased visibility across its entire organization.

CHR implemented OpenAir Professional Edition for time, expense and project accounting, enabling it to monitor employee utilization and reduce its billing cycles.
