SIR JOHN CLARK TO BE CHAIRMAN OF GEC-PLESSEY TELECOMMS

Sir John will chair a board with equal numbers of directors from each company. Under the board will be the GEC-Plessey Telecommunications operating company, where GEC’s Richard Reynolds will be chairman and Plessey’s David Dey will be managing director.
