Taiwanese electronics company Silitek Inc has bought the assets of EECO Inc’s US-based Maxi-Switch Keyboard Division exclusive of any liabilities, keeping employees in Tucson, Arizona; it will rename it Maxi Switch Inc; the Caborca, Mexico keyboard plant has been sold to EECO’s former Mexican management.
