Silicon Valley Group Inc, San Jose, California, has completed acquisition of privately held neighbour Anicon Inc for 520,000 shares: Anicon designs, manufactures and markets multi-film chemical vapour deposition equipment for chipmakers, while Silicon Valley makes automated wafer processing kit.
