Level One Inc says Siemens Information Systems Inc has become a major OEM buyer of its customer-specific transceivers, specially designed for use in Siemens’ Saturn PABX family; value of the contract was not disclosed; Level One, founded in November 1985, designs and manufactures system-specific transceiver integrated circuits that apply mixed analogue and digital signal processing techniques for integrated speech and data transmission, local area networks, ISDN and computer and peripheral communications.
