ShoreTel, a provider of IP phone systems with integrated unified communications (UC), has signed a reseller partnership with communication offerings integrator, GlobalConnect Australia.
ShoreTel aims to work with GlobalConnect to increase its market adoption of UC offerings among medium to large-sized Australian enterprises.
The all-in-one unified communications offerings (IP phone systems with integrated unified communications offerings) of ShoreTel enables organisations to boost up their employee productivity, and to reduce the costs associated with complexity.
GlobalConnect Australia managing director Pushkar Taneja said that the decision to partner with ShoreTel strengthens’ its unified communications offerings portfolio, and improves customer choice.
