Sherwood Computer Centre Ltd, subsidiary of Romford, Essex based Sherwood Computer Services Plc, has acquired all rights to a software broking package called Market from Resource Computer Systems Ltd for UKP200,000 – the package handles the requirements for Lloyds’ brokers, and the acquisition is understood to involve the transfer of the Market division, four people all told, from Resource to Sherwood.
