Under the terms of the agreement ITC will receive a royalty on each licensed product sold by Sharp. These are to include wireless handsets, modules and communications cards built to GSM, GPRS, IS-95 and 3G standards. Sharp have also agreed to pay royalties to InterDigital as it sells its new products.
