With effect from tomorrow, 3 January 2001, the shares of Caradon plc will now trade as Novar plc, following a change of name authorised by shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting on 10 November 2000.
The name is changed to reflect the continued transformation of the Group providing enhanced customer solutions and increasing technology in its markets, which include Intelligent Building Systems, Indalex Aluminum Solutions and Security Printing Services.
