ShareData Inc, Sunnyvale, California, has an MS-DOS software package, Employee Stock Purchase, designed to automate administration of qualified employee share purchase plans: users can download employee contributions from their payroll system, whereupon the program automatically processes purchase calculations, generates employee information and prints certificate issuing instructions for the transfer agent; the $5,000 program is due to be available next month in the US.
