Geo Interactive Media Group Ltd, the Israeli developer of the Emblaze Creeator product for creating multimedia content for the Internet, yesterday published its pathfinder prospectus for its proposed listing on the Alternative Investment Market via a placing to institutional investors. The prospectus shows that gross profit in the seven months to July 31 was $886,000 on revenue of $1.3m leading to a net loss for the period of $274,000. Geo expects to incur a high level of expenditure during 1997 on the development of products and marketing, but sees a substantial level of revenues in 1998 and beyond. It also said it was at an advanced stage in negotiating a worldwide exclusive publishing and distribution contract for its Emblaze Creator. The advisor to Geo is Price Waterhouse Corporate Finance, the broker to the company is Panmure Gordon.
