SHARE & BOND ISSUES: DATA PROCESSING RESOURCES

Data Processing Resources Corp, Newport Beach, California computer personnel body shop – it provides temporary computer staff to a diverse group of corporate clients – has filed with the US Securities & Exchange Commission to offer up 2.2 million shares, 2 million of them new, and wants the proceeds to repay debt, for future acquisitions, the opening of new offices and for working capital. The offering will be made through Montgomery Securities, Robert W Baird & Co Inc and Lehman Brothers, it said.
