SHARE & BOND ISSUES: AT&T CAPITAL

AT&T Capital Corp, sold to investors by AT&T Corp last year, filed a shelf registration with the US Securities & Exchange Commission for up to $4.0bn in debt securities and warrants to buy debt securities. AT&T Capital says net proceeds will be used to finance installment sale and lease agreements to buyers of equipment made by Lucent Technologies Inc and NCR Corp, its former siblings within AT&T Corp.
