GEO Interactive Media Group Ltd compled its placing of shares at 100 pence a time, valuing the Israeli developer of Internet application software at 100m British pounds; dealings are expected to begin on the London Stock Exchange’s Alternative Investment Market on Friday. GEO said it would invest the net proceeds of 10.9m pounds from the float in marketing, product development and in opening a marketing office in California.
