Computervision Corp, Bedford, Massachusetts design software developer, got its offer of 12m new shares away at $12 a share, and will use the $144m raised before expenses to redeem $125m of 10.875% notes and for working capital. Underwriters were Cowen & Co, Hambrecht & Quist LLC and BT Securities Corp.
