Xerox Corp, Stamford, Connecticut is to redeem all the 2.9m or so remaining outstanding shares of its $4.125 20-year sinking fund preferred stock, at $53.7125 a share. Xerox notes that it also redeemed about 500,000 shares of the stock on April 1.
