Centennial Technologies Inc, Billerica, Massachusetts manufacturer of PC Cards and Flash memory SIMMs, has filed to offer 1.35m shares, but does not give plans for the cash or say how many of the shares are new. Needham & Co Inc and Furman Selz will serve as representatives of the underwriters.
Sterling Commerce Inc, the vehicle formed by Sterling Software Inc to hold its Electronic Commerce Group, which develops electronic commerce sofftware products and provides related network services, has filed to offer 16% of its equity – 12m shares, of which 1.8m are new. Alex Brown & Sons Inc, Chicago Corp and Bear, Stearns & Co Inc are underwriters.
