Lexmark International Group Inc, Greenwich, Connecticut printer maker got its initial public offering of 17.1m shares, most from Clayton & Dubilier, away at $20 a share. Underwriters for the US and international offering were Goldman Sachs & Co, Merrill Lynch & Co, Morgan Stanley Inc, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corp and Smith Barney & Co.
