SHARE & BOND ISSUES

Network Peripherals Inc, Milpitas, California specialist in FDDI and Asynchronous Transfer Mode client-server local networking systems, has filed to go public with an initial offer of 3m shares, 2.55m of them new, at a target price of between $7 and $9 per share. No word on plans for the $18m or so net proceeds. Lehman Brothers and Smith Barney Shearson Inc will be co-managing the offering.
