Delrina Corp, Toronto marketer and supporter of personal computer-based software products and services for the facsimile communications, electronic forms processing and consumer content markets, has filed with the Ontario Securities Commission and the Securities & Exchange Commission in the US, and will be filing in British Columbia, a preliminary short form prospectus for an offering of up to 1.7m shares, 1.5m of them new, at a price not yet set.The issue is being underwritten in Canada by First Marathon Securities Ltd and the US by an underwriting syndicate represented by Alex Brown & Sons Inc, Oppenheimer & Co Inc, and First Marathon (USA) Inc.
