Wavefront Technologies Inc, Santa Barbara, California developer of workstation-based three-dimensional and two-dimensional computer graphics imaging and animation software products for professional users in the entertainment and industrial markets, has filed to go public with an initial offer of 2.5m shares, 1.7m of them new, at a target price of between $8 and $10 per share. The offering is being made through an underwriting group to be managed by Lehman Brothers and Volpe, Welty & Co.
