Brite Voice Systems Inc, Wichita, Kansas-based telephone systems integrator reports that it got its offer of 1.34m shares, all of them from holders that received the shares in connection with acquisitions completed last year, away at $14.875 a time. William Blair & Co was the sole manager for the underwriting.
Pleasanton, California, OpenVision Technologies Inc registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday to go public with an initial offer of 2.6 million common shares, reported Reuters. It said 100,000 shares will be sold by stockholders and the estimated initial offering price will be between $9 and $11 a share. Net proceeds of at least $22.3 million will be used to pay off debt and for corporate purposes, said the client/server systems management software maker. It said it will not receive any proceeds from the shareholders’ stock sale. Alex. Brown & Sons Inc, Lehman Brothers and SoundView Financial Group Inc, are the underwriters.
