Communication Intelligence Corp, Redwood Shores, California developer of handprint and other natural input technology, has raised $11m with a private placing of 5.5 shares at $2 a share. Some of the ne proceeds have been used to repay debt and the rest will be used for additional working capital.
Computer Management Group Plc yesterday set a price of 290 pence per share for its issue of 17.8m shares, 3m of them new, in London and Amsterdam.
