JBA International Plc, Birmingham-based specialist in business and accounting software for the AS/400, says it plans to seek a listing on the London Stock Exchange as JBA Holdings Plc, later this year. It currently employs over 1,200 people, has operations in 11 countries, and in the year to December 31 saw pre-tax profits rise 24% to ?4.6m on sales up 33% to ?74.5m.
