SESAM 1987 TURNOVER OD AROUND

By CBR Staff Writer

Sesam SpA, the Italian DEC-Fiat joint computer integrated manufacturing venture now in its second year, is well off the ground, leaving the rival IBM-Stet venture Seiaf SpA – already plagued with turnover problems – trailing in its wake: according to ComputerWoche, the company, whose customers include DEC, Ferrari, Zanussi and the Fiat holding Iveco, saw a 1987 turnover of around UKP2.9m and plans to double this figure in 1988.
