Austin, Texas-based SES Inc last week introduced SES/Objectbench, an object-oriented analysis tool set for analysts and programmers developing analysis models for technical machines. SES/Objectbench comprises two products: the first is a graphics modelling tool for developing object analysis models. The second is an animated simulator for examining the dynamic behaviour of the models. The company says that it will release statistical analysis software later in the year. The software will initially be available on Sun Microsystems Inc Sparcstations in March – support for IBM Corp RS/6000 and Hewlett-Packard Co HP 9000s will follow later in the year. The SES/Objectbench graphics modelling module is priced at $4,900 and SES/Objectbench Animated Simulation costs $14,500 per user.
